Seats are felted wool mats the size of a pillow. They can be used alone or on top of another mat or blanket. Sacred Seats are great natural meditation and Yoga mats. As wool protects the electromagnetic field, the felted mat provides this grounding during meditation and Yoga, just as a sheepskin does in Kundalini Yoga.
You can put them on the seat of an automobile, in your work chair, on a park bench, on the couch, a deck, and on a plane, train, or boat. Small and light anough to roll up and take with you. They travel well.
